None. FF series is the best. :)

Ok ok, let me think. Well, there's Arc the Lad. That was quite good, IMO. Oh and Lunar! I've played Lunar 2, it was amazing!

Of course, not everyone will think they're the best RPG games ever, besides FF. It really all comes down to one's opinion.

EDIT: I wanna play Chrono Trigger too, I heard it's great! I've played Chrono Cross...beautiful music there.

Many of the Fire Emblem games. Most have fantastic gameplay!

I really like Persona 2: Eternal Punishment, excellent story, challenging and interesting gameplay, a lot of interaction between the characters... Just great.

Oh and Disgaea, can't forget that one. Fun and addicting SRPG with a great sense of humour. Most games take themselves to seriously, so this was a very nice change of pace and how can one not like Laharl, Etna and Flonne?

I'm sure people are going to hate me for saying this, but I think the Pokémon games (or atleast the batch) deserve to be mentioned too. It was a great concept.

And I've always like the Lunar games. Too bad GameArts decided it would be fun to murder the series with games such as Lunar Legend and Dragon Song.

I could go on for a while, I've played over one hundred RPGs and I have plenty of fond memories :)
 
Other than FF i would have to say Dragon quest. Legend of the Dragoon is another great one to, but it wasn't a series like DQ.
 
Aside from FF series, I've only ever really bothered to play the Kingdom Hearts games.

Dragon Quest games though are a HUGE hit in Japan.
 
I suppose we can call the Zelda games RPG's in a way...but i guess they are more action adventure...hmm...i still think theya re great :) though not as good as FF
 
I've NEVER liked any RPG's as much as I like Final Fantasy, And I dont play many others really. I did like Star Ocean, and a few others, and Im buying Xenosaga next week so its all good.
