Players have suggested us to split the RPG Realm in Kingdoms, and have the RPG Moderators as leaders of those kingdoms. The players could either join or temporarily ally themselves with one of those kingdoms and have wars between the different armies and their Kings/Emperors.

Tielknight-Emperor of [insert name here]
Julius Argexis-Emperor of Archadia
Of course, the teams will have member limitations in order to keep things balanced in a war. Clans will still remain, so they won't be removed. Clans can also battle against each other in groups of five members in PvPs.
It would be a great addition to the RPG and it could also be linked to the main storyline.
