I've played and locked Deep Jungle, Wonderland, and Traverse Town, but no new worlds have opened up yet. Am I supposed to be going around in circles like this?

Okay... I've done the following:
1. Locked Traverse town, Wonderland, and Deep Jungle.
2. Fought in the Phil Cup at the Collesium.
3. Fought (and beat) Ceberus in the Collesium.
I think that it may be that dumb old book that you have to deliver to the 3rd district. WHERE IN THE HELL DO YOU TAKE THAT GD THING TO?

Ah. In the third district there is a little door down one of the side alleys by the stairs. It is identified by a flame symbol on it. Cast fire on it and it will open.
yeah that is it, all you gotta do is open the door with the flame on it
Got it. Book has been delivered, warp hole opened, Agrabah locked. Now I'm in Monstro. Details in another thread.
