Anyone enjoy watching the Rocky movies? I believe there are a total of six, ranging from Rocky I through V and ending with Rocky Balboa.

I love those movies. Sylvester Stallone did an amazing job with 'em. Awesome training montages for everyone! The fights are pretty sweet, too.

I think Rocky Balboa was a great way to end the series. Rocky 5 was awful, so I'm glad it's been 'put right'.

The music at the beginning of Rocky 2, while the ambulances are going to the hospital is awesome!

Got the boxset in my DVD collection and the OST's on my iPod. Classic movies.

I've been downloading some of the various Rocky themes myself. Been listening to Hearts on Fire by John Cafferty like crazy. haha

Rocky V is pretty good, in my opinion. I love watching Rocky beat the crap out of the ungrateful Tommy Gunn. That guy's a douche...

I'm not the biggest fan of V but I do agree that the guy was a complete douche and was great to see him get his ass handed to him.

I loved the first and liked the second and third films, IV was the weakest by far. I still need to get round to watching the last one, heard some really good stuff about it and am hoping it ties off the series well.

I consider the third to be the worst of 'em, though I still love the movie. I thought IV was pretty awesome, but mostly because it had the best training montage. xD

And the last one is damn good. I still can't believe Stallone was in that kind of shape given his age.

The other great thing about IV is the soundtrack. 'Burning Heart', 'Hearts of Fire' then the music that goes with the training montage and final fight are all just immense.

Like this Rob?

This was the best music used in IV imho.

To RVN: oooh, the memories!

Also from the Rocky series, I like the music that plays in Rocky II as you see the ambulances ride across town right at the beginning.

Finally got round to going through my movie backlog and finished Rocky Balboa. I agree that it was a fitting end to the series and really enjoyed the film.

it was so sad that adrian died ;_;

Mod Edit: Please use spoilers next time. Thank you.

Didn't make me cry, but I felt bad for ol' Rocky.
His wife's dead
and his kid's a prick. The guy seemed lonely.
