Reorganization of the RP section

I don't mind the wait...I just hope everyone else can hold up. =x
 
Everyone's RPs are fine.
I know there aren't many RPers on the forums right now, but our primary objective is to seperate Original and Unoriginal RPs...
We'll worry about the level placements later...

Hey, if there're not enough RPers, I can make plenty of characters to make things interesting! ^^

I love making new charries... It makes me feel soft and fuzzy inside!

yeah, i suppose that is all we can do in the mean time, but it is taking longer then expected isn't it, i know that everyone has a life outside the forums, and i know, that they often clash with our intersts, its just that, well to have something that you enjoy taken, then say you have to wait, and you don't know how long, well you know that feeling don't you, its kinda like you get a game, like FFXIII from the store, then told that you can't play it until you are worthy or something like that, and you don't know how long you have to wait... you know what i mean?

Alright, umm. . .

I don't know any other nicer way to say this but, can you be please be a little more considerate? Believe me, your patience is very, very much appreciated. But fact of the matter is that the individual(s) who have the ability to make the plans happen are not able to do it sooner than we had expected. Indeed, we can assume that real life issues are hindering the progress, so please, again, be a little more considerate. We just cannot get it done this quickly.

So to answer your question, yes, we do know what you mean. We're humans too, and we have lives. So please, WAIT. Thank you.
 
Look, I know what DFX is saying.
A few people have mentioned having problems with the different RP levels; e.g. "it's not fair, yada yada."

Right now, my only objective is to divide original RPs from Unoriginal RPs...
I know that the sections were labeled already as being unoriginal and original, but I, as well as the other RP mods, have noted that the original Roleplay section was full of totally unoriginal ideas. O_O

We would really like to divide the two.
The reason we want to divide the RP section into beginners, intermediate, and advanced sections is because at the moment, there is a serious problem with people following the "one paragraph minimum" rule...
 
I believe too many people can't even follow the one paragraph line rule. Many people put one liners and in my opinion, that's just spamming. It has to be this way with beginners, intermediate and advanced because some people are better than others. But I'm saying that there's room to improve, however.

So what about conversations? Particularly heated ones, where responces are short and snappy? You can't make five lines out of actions.
 
Yes you can. =]
Give me one line of action and I'll make 5 lines out of it, easy as pie. =]

You can, you just have to TRY.

This is what I'm talking about, people being lazy about posting one liners. They don't really put any effort into RPing. If I ever such as catch anyone posting one liners in the RP when the section has been organised, then I'm going to start giving infractions.

Yup, that's right. Also, I want to enforce a rule that says that there is to be no liners as well. If you're caught doing one liners, then it's regarded as spamming and the reason for the infraction WILL be spamming.

So you have all been warned beforehand.
 
I'm very sorry that this is taking so long...
In all honesty, it only requires a day, tops, to have this thing organized, however, the staff all have a busy real life schedule as is...

I didn't intend for this to take such a long time. =x
 
for a heated conversation you could go into how the character is saying his lines and how he/she feels about the situation
you dont just have to have pure speech
