Okay, I've had a look for a thread on this but couldn't find one. If there is one and I've missed it, apologies.
This game looks absolutely awesome.
The gameplay, the design and the overall concept all look to be rather fun-filled! From what I can see, it will fall somewhere in between the earlier games - Rayman 2: The Great Escape, Rayman 3 - and the Rabbids games. It'll blend brilliant gameplay and an enjoyable story with plenty of wacky characters and wacky tasks.
According to the official blog, the game will contain areas in each level that can only be accessed once the player reaches a certain ability-level, meaning most levels can and should be revisited. This will cater for the fact that players develop at their own pace; those who feel confident with the game early on can tackle the challenges that beginners aren't quite ready to face.
The fact there are so many different places to visit in each level also indicates at a diverse world which players can explore freely (to a point). Sounds good!
The multiplayer sounds pretty good too. I only wish the Wii controls were better (Wiimote on its side, apparently). Methinks I shall be getting it for the PS3.

Together, the world's most hilarious team of heroes will need to restore peace to the Glade or watch as their beloved home vanishes like a bad dream...

Reminds me of Limbo!Rayman Blog said:How many times would you expect a gamer to die in the game?
Quite a lot and sometimes you’ll even die because of your mischievous friends.
But it’s no big deal, because you get better in the process.
