Hi... just started the game recently and I was wondering how the magicks etc. are available to buy at shops.

I mean, is it available to buy when you get a certain level? Or is it when you beat a hunt? Travel to different cities? Or maybe you need to find different shops, I don't know! So I'm asking

The magicks, weapons, technicks and all will only be availabe once you free their tile in the license boards. Even though you buy it from the shop already, unless you havent gotten it in the license board, you wont be able to use it.

Yeah you need the corresponding license to use magic.
Magic can be bought from shops, so the further through the game you are, the better the magic.
Although there are some magics which can only be bought from the clan shop after completing hunts.

Yeah and higher spells become more available at the shops as you progress through the story. Some are exclusive to certain shops or merchants, so you have to hunt around a little.
