Question about Lightning

Does Lightning have an L'cie brand? Does it really located on her chest?
If Lightning isn't an L'cie, then how did she use magic?
If Lightning is an L'cie, then how about Hope?
That's all.
If you can't answer some of my questions, then don't answer it.

Does Lightning have an L'cie brand? Does it really located on her chest?

Yes. All L'Cie are branded with them. Where it is exactly - I'm not 100% sure myself, though I think it is somewhere on her chest.

If Lightning isn't an L'cie, then how did she use magic?

She is a L'Cie though as she was branded by Anima. Therefore she can utilise magic. However

by the end of the game and in FFXIII-2, she is no longer a L'Cie so whether she can use magic in the sequel and how is unknown.

If Lightning is an L'cie, then how about Hope?

He is a L'Cie too. The whole party consists of Pulse L'Cie.

Lightning's brand is the only one that you can't see (because she doesn't want to show anyone due to where it's located. Vanille's might be the second closest to not being seen since it's up near her thigh.

Everyone elses are visible. Sazh's can be seen under his shirt on his chest (the tops of the brand are sticking out). Snow's is on his forearm. Hope's is on his wrist. Fangs is on her shoulder, but hers is white.

I honestly don't get some of the questions because through playing the game, we KNOW they are L'Cie. If I recall, we DO see Hope's brand, and when we meet Fang, at some point she asks to see Lightning's brand, and she reluctantly shows her (albeit, she turns around to face away from the camera so we can't see, making her brand that much more elusive)

This is going to sound really weird I guess, but I kind of want to see boobs in a Final Fantasy game. *shrug*

Anyway, yeah it's obvious all of them are L'Cie because they can use magic.
