Since Thanksgiving comes up and that holiday only applies to Americans, which pie do like better for desert? Pumpkin or Pecan? If you don't like either then which one would you rather be forced to eat for the rest of your life?

And people who don't live in America can answer this question too. :P
 
Pumpkin pie all the way! I don't like pecan pie at all unless I put hot fudge on it and mix it with ice cream. Yeah sounds weird but I can't eat pecan pie all by itself.
 
Ugggh. Pecans are just disgusting for pie. Plus, the ones my freinds mom made that one time was so sticky and hard I thought I would break a tooth.

I never had Pecan pie. I love Pumpkin pie with whip cream on top!

Worst Thanksgiving Pie is Mincemeat pie. :sick:

Sounds disgusting. I imagine you open it and inside you find a slaughterhouse worth of rotting meat and pig flesh...

As for the question in hand, I'd say pecan pie because 1.) I just like it and 2.) I like opposing you. :wacky:

I love me some pumpkin pie. It tastes great and fairly nutritious, too. Although I'm not too fond of the taste of pumpkins. Tis kinda weird indeed.

Pecans are just nasty.
 
Ok, seriously, or are you messing with us? Rotting meat? They put that in a pie? Please tell me somethings in it...

They dont have actual mince meat in them over here....i dont like them either way, I was forced to eat one last year.

Oh as for the poll lol, erm, id have to say pumpkin, iv never had either but iv never heard of pecan pie sooooo pumpkin it is
 
Shit. >( Meat pies do exist but Mince meat is actually a bunch of crap in a pie. Someone told me wrong. -_- Well it is made with animal fat sometimes as well.

I have never had pumpkin or pecan pie before. I prefer apple. ^.^
 
I've had both, and I honestly don't like pumpkin pie at all. Pecan's okay, but I prefer that than pumpkin any day. Really, the only pies that I usually eat are blueberry, cherry, and apple pies.
 
I love Pumpkin Pie! I'm not to fond of Pecan pie.

On a side note, I also love Dutch Apple Pie - my all-time favorite.
