Can some one please tell me how to put videos on a PSP?

I was able to do it ages ago, but I've now completely forgotten how to do it. So if someone could tell me (in detail) how to do it, it would be very much appreciated.

Download the video you want, ensure that it's MP4 (MPEG-4) file. The plug you PSP into the PC via a USB cable. From there a screen should load up with different folders and you just simply place it into the video folder. Or at least that's how I do mine >.>

I'll add a little bit to what Xion said.

First, get whatever video you want, it doesn't matter what kind of file it is because that can be converted.

Second, if you own a Mac, this will be much easier than if you own a PC.

If you own a Mac, download "handbrake" from the internet, and use it to convert the movie to "psp" format. Then just drag and drop the movie into the Video folder. Handbrake is free.

If you own a PC, then download "PSP VIDEO 9" from the internet. It is also free. Hook your PSP up to the computer while PSP VIDEO 9 is running and allow it to recognize it. Choose the folder (PSP VIDEO 9 will automatically choose it for you actually) but you won't be using the VIDEO folder, you'll be using the MP ROOT folders. (Don't worry, it will still be under VIDEO when you go to watch it.) Convert the video and let it copy into the folder. Now it is all set to watch.

Hope that helps :)

Thanks for the help guys, I was just confused as hell because the videos I wanted to put on my PSP were MP4 already, so I'm not exactly sure why it wasn't working before. But I downloaded the PSP Video 9 program and it seems to be working all fine and dandy now.
