I don't know if this is the right section, but it seems right to me.

So anyway, here's the deal.

Lately, I've been trying to copy a few games from my PC (Ignore the fact I'm copying games >.>) to my PSP Memory Card, so like a sane person does when his card is full, he deletes some of the games he has, and so I did.

However, when I tried to copy my games, it said not enough memory, I double check my PSP, and there they are, the games I deleted a min ago came back as if they are haunting my PSP.

Though, my problem doesn't end there, after I tried everything, and see if I locked my card (which is something I don't even know how to do), I went for the format option, and so I tried to format. However, my PSP keeps failing at formatting, I try to use format function on the PC using a memory card reader, and even my PC fails at formatting it.

I know for a fact the problem isn't in my PSP as I used the other PSP I have and it did too fail at formatting it, I also used 3 other memory cards on my PSP to see if they show the same problem, though there wasn't the slightest problem.

So anyone had this before? Solution? Please. D:

(Oh and I don't want to go to PSP sites blah blah, because I can't be arsed signing up)

Do you have a modded PSP? If you do, your memory is acting up because of it being a MagicStick.

Disconnect, turn PSP off, take battery out, take memory card out. Put memory card back in, put battery back in, turn on PSP and then connect to the PC again and see if it works.

If that doesn't work, you need to hard format it using some magicstick software. If you don't have a modded PSP, all that'll do is act like a formatting software and will format like normal.

You can try those steps if you want :p

I lol'ed. xD Though, I did try that, which proved useless whatsoever. I also tried, a MagicStick software... All the editing on the memory card proved to be useless, too. I just don't know what the hell is up with it! :gasp:

Also, yea. My PSP is modded, there isn't any console in this house that isn't cracked. :ness:

Heads up for staff: I'm not encouraging any modding or cracking of any console, it's just how the things work in my country. :mokken: Don't you crack stuff guys, stay clean.
