Playstation PSN - Rerelease Question

I know a few of the older Final Fantasy games have been released on PSN- so those with ps3's can play them without trying to find the original discs.

Does anyone know if the first 2 Star Oceans might be?

I know they came out for psp- does it take that much work to convert that over for the ps3?

Also does SqEn plan on releasing all the old FF's this way?

The quick and short of this is like so.

Question 1) I don't believe the Star Ocean titles will be released for PS3 play, no. Not even converted. They have them on the PSP and I don't think the revenue from the PSP sales are encouraging them to release it on the PS3 as well.

Question 2) I don't believe they are going to release them all, no, given the latest additions would be quite the download. FF1 was released on the PSP as well, so it is unlikely to make an appearance. I believe it's a "popularity" based decision.

Also, misleading title is misleading.

For now only the ps1 classics 7,8,9...but they also have 4 CE,5 and 6 in the same category..
I have no idea about SO. They might release FF1,2 & 3 one day who knows...

I bought VI, VIII and IX off the store

They were also saying that they might do a Final Fantasy HD collection for the PS3 if the demand is high enough let's hope they do *prays to Yevon*
