Apparently, on some people's copy of Crisis Core, When he yells

"Sephiroth!"

the subtitles for

"Why did you hurt the townspeople? Why did you hurt Tifa? Answer me Sephiroth!"

show up for a split second, and the audio, actions, and sub are completely out of sync until it cuts to the quick FMV of Sephiroth ripping the Jenova Body off the wall to reveal the tank. Then they're reset back to normal.

I'm not at this part yet, so I don't know if my copy has this problem, but I want to see just how bad this is. So far, alot of people who got the game from gamestop are the ones complaining, so that has me worried. So, did this happen to anybody here?

Nope, not a problem with me.

It's probably just the PSP having difficulty running the game well. It's always wacky as hell with the subtitles. D :

As for the audio, I've never heard of anything like that happpening. o_O

I haven't heard anything like that. I hope I won't have that problem.

EDIT: yay, 300 posts!

nope dont think it happened? It's not exactly a big error and probably will become a good thing for the people who own it.... because the early versions with that error will be like that forever, but if Square Enix fix it, the old copies with an error will sell for alot on eBay :P

no i never noticed anything like that when i go to that scene, everything was pretty smooth.

Well if anyone ever does have this problem, it is apparently the version 3.73 update that you are asked to get when you put the umd in. Just upgrade it to 3.93, and it should run smoothly. And if you haven't had the problem it seems to only occur in the new psp slims for some reason..
