Is there a way where we can allow only friends to see and comment on our visitor board? And if so, I am hoping that our comments won't show up even on other people's VM board despite them being public. Thanks for your help.

Under General Settings you have the Visitor Message section, you can limit your visitor message to Contacts and Moderators (staff) only. Making it so that only your friends can leave messages. I'm unsure whether or not this closes them off from the public eye, though. I don't think it does, but we'll have one of the Globals or Admins check for this and get back to you soon.

There's no option for this level of privacy, no. Sorry about that.
