When does it get normal again? after i meet the Sergeant in semitt falls i meet more and more enemies with incredible physical defense... I'm now in tropical island and there are none that i actually can kill with just physical attacks. The big problem is that i use many melee attacks in the beginning of a dungeon to save mana for the last part, and that ether costs 1000 gil to buy 1 that maybe replenishes 30 mana... Does 4 spells cost 1000 gil?!

I'm pretty sure that this is the point of the dungeon, that they have incredibly high PD. I suggest getting the mythril to Tobul and seeing if the new weapons help you. I haven't played the game in awhile, so I don't remember much. If this doesn't work, try training your characters enough to where they have high attack.
