A brother and sister come into into the large city of Lilina in the back of a car driving them to the nearest foster home. Sixteen, and orphaned by an odd accident that claimed their parents' lives in a blaze of fire and destruction.
Now, as they sleep, in their dreams, they are carried to a strange room, draped in purple velvet. There, they meet with the enigmatic Igor and the powerful Margaret, and are warned of terrible times to come when the next full moon rises.
Of course, when they wake up, they don't believe this. But as an unnatural fog descends over the town, and the full moon a day away, odd disappearances are happening, and even Igor and Margaret are worried, and are even considering breaking their cycle of neutrality as a terrible force rises from the deeply buried Arcanas in the Earth.
The final battle for life is about to begin, and must be completed soon, or the Final, and Ultimate Entity will wipe the slate clean, and start all anew.
