AHA! That hunt the soldier told you about it? I think you'll find him at the Nam-Yensa Sandsea, Simoon Bluff.

Yea he's in Nam-Yensa I believe you can reach it faster by teleporting to Tomb Raithwall, when you head out don't go to the way you came from just go to the the other one I suppose it will be on your left if you came from Tomb Raithwall, also when you enter be careful because there is a trap there. >.>

If you are of a somewhat low level, then it would be to your advantage to carry out this hunt with Vossler still in your party. Also, when you actually find him, you'll see that he is a flying monster, so ranged attacks, magick, Espers (although you wont have Vossler if you have an Esper) and the likes are essential.
