This is a Zen Buddhism website that I saw during a presentation in my Religions class yesterday. It's actually pretty neat and shows you how to Zen Meditate. I love the name of the website, Do-Not-ZZZ. Lol.

Just thought I'd share this with you.

We got taught Zen meditation once by our comparative civilizations teacher. It was actually more amusing than it was relieving--it's a real sight to behold a fat, balding man sitting backwards on the surface of a desk--in the lotus position, no less.

Unfortunately, I can't really meditate. My mind won't shut up, and I don't hear those sounds. I don't feel as if it does anything for me.

I just found the website amusing more than anything. I'd like to try meditation sometime, but I sort of have to find the time to meditate, and I'm pretty busy as it is.

He also said not to meditate before an exam, because then your mind will be completely cleared, and you won't be prepared for it.

I don't think Id be able to do it, Im always thinking about something, or theres always something on my mind...... I think I need relaxation teqhniques more than anything xD
