It starts with NORG and Cid and Norg's like: "I try and welcome you to my family but you disrepect me."
Then after a lot of talking scenes Cid wakes up with a Chocobo's head in his bed.
Lol. That's what I say now whenever I loose during Video gaming. Bujurururu !
Norg is awesome. Also the game starts to heat up during his introduction as well. How many plot twists do you get before you fight him ? Like, tons.

If what we are talking about is subbosses who are significant in terms of storyline randomly then
4 has Calcabrina
5 i has Gogo
6 has Ultros
7 has Hojo
8 has Norg
9 has Necron
10 has Chocobo eater
12 has Venat (the immortal thing that joins with Vayne).
Almost all of them have what I call "strawmen" bosses too, people you think are the main enemy that turn out not to be so (in fact many of them have multiple ones)
