No Voice Acting During Cutscenes

Hey!

I'm having a problem with my PS3 FFXIII-2 Nordic Edition game. While there is voice acting when I'm talking to people, there is non during the cutscenes! I've sat through the entire start of the game with subtitles only. :gonk:
I've checked the settings, but there is no mention of voice speech levels or even an option to turn them on or off.

Does anyone know what's wrong?
 
have you tried a restart of your ps3, cleaning the disc, or is it imported?????? as it sounds like it having problems getting the audio files for the voices for some reason....... is the background music playing during cutscenes???

The game is not imported, and the disc is entirely new, so those things should not affect the game..
The music is playing in the background, but voices are gone. I had voice acting in one cutscene, but non in the scenes or dialogs with Noel for some weird reason.
I will try restarting the console...
 
I had a problem like this with Catherine. Are you using a HD cable? If so, this is what I did:
Go to sound settings in the main ps3 menu. Put multi-output (or similar) on and try the game again.
