Alright, so it's not English subbed yet, but it's still awesome. This trailer looks much the same to the previous one (if you've seen that one) but it also has clips from the fight between Sephiroth, Angeal and Genesis. We also get to see Cloud in it too. A little more of the battle system is shown, and we get to see a few other interesting bits too
My one concern is that SE seem to be making Sephiroth a little too powerful. If you watched the trailer, you'll know what I mean. What're your thoughts on it?

I know i'm not a moderator, but i think it would be better to put it in the CC thread in the "SE News" section of this forum.

The trailer is good. A little boring, because of the scenes that we already saw before, but the threesome fight was awesome.
And i agree with you, Sephiroth is becoming too powerful. Being capable of easily fight against the two most powerful guys in Shinra without breaking a sweat. AND this is the most WEAK version of Sephiroth. In BC he is more powerful than that, and in FFVII he is more, and in AC he is even more. The guy is a monster.

Yeah they are making Sephiroth too strong but it was still awesome to watch. And I was so hoping that Genesis would become stronger.

I think Genesis will be a lot stronger than the trailer lets on. He spawned DG, and why would ShinRa want all records of him deleted if he wasn't dangerously powerful? They didn't bother doing that with Sephiroth...

I actually think that this is a good move to not make genesis overly powerful because I would find it extreamly boring to bring up a character out of nowhere and make him the strongest thing ever dbz style.

I agree. When Genesis gain the one wing angel, he will probably become much more powerful. Or maybe he was a threat to Shinra not because of his power, but his intelligence.

They didn't bother doing that with Sephiroth...

Everyone in FFVII world knew about Sephiroth. Shinra deleting their records about him wouldn't change that. And remember that before Sephiroth was defeated, Shinra was gone.

I'm hoping he becomes more powerful that way. It'll be a big let down if all we see in the trailer is his best. His intelligence is a good theory too. It's most likely to be a mix of both though
By deleting Sephiroth's records, they could delete him from future generations (if that makes sense) preventing another person possibly becoming like that
