Apparently Square-Enix just registered a new FFXIII game with the US patent office. It's called Final Fantasy Haeresis XIII. Here is the logo:

This info can be found on The-Magicbox.com

EDIT: It's day old news that SE was going to announce a new FFXIII game when they held their SE party in May. Apparently we found out what that is early. The info about the announcment can be found on The-Magicbox or RPGFan.

Wow for a game that hasnt even been released yet it sure has a lot of spinoffs already o_0 - i can see a new FFVII compilation here  and what a boring logo - wheres the picture? XD

It's a spinoff? Sheesh. And yes, where's the picture? Hmm well, they probably haven't gotten to it yet, anyhow...I really doubt they'd leave the logo as just that, lol. It's still too early!

Hey cool news. Has anyone tried to translate what the word "Haeresis" means? Is it japanese or is it an English word I just don't know :D

i doubt that's the actual logo, most likely merely a replacement, or maybe even a fake...

but the end product will have a picture, like all FF's have... and if they don't, a lot of people would be disappointed cause those logo's look really AMAZING

FFXIII better be one hell of a game...SE is putting alot of time and effort into it and its spinoffs for the HUGE possibility of a flop (with it being their first foray onto an already controversial game system). Although, if prior history of developing for a new system (VII and X, widely regarded as two of the top in the series) holds true, I'm looking forward to this set.

Oh no, not another one  not another FF game being whored >_< this isn't even released in Japan yet and it has 2 spin-offs lined up...the story had better be good or I'll reconsider being an FF fan, it's just not fair on the fans spending so much money on something we love

i think this is going to be good as the spin-offs may show different points of view which could be very interesting
