Need help

First, I want to introduce myself since I am new to the forumns. I'm King Arthur. I have a dell laptop that has windows vista on it. When I first bought the laptop I was able to play Final Fantasy XI on it. But since I needed to reformat my laptop I am un able to play the game. Everytime I click on the playonline viewer it says it can't be played under my current operating system. My laptop already had windows vista on it & I was able to play when I first got it. Is there anything I can do to get the game to work? I've tried running it as administrator. But, That didn't work either. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you & good day.

Make sure you scroll all the way near the bottom of that post about the ff playonline viewer.

If you have other problems, it might be your plugins or bios on your operating system. Just let us know.

Got everything installed. Now I have to wait for SqaureEnix to get there phones fixed so I can get my login information. "Sigh" Who knows when I will be back on the game now.
