FF Music Most overrated song?

Likewise. I'm not a huge fan of Overworld. Still, it's a rather, specific topic. I don't really like any of the FF X songs.
You know the majority is going to say One-Winged Angel, because it's been the song most advertised. Let's exclude VII franchise for my post ... I would say 1000 Words from X-2 was highly acclaimed, but it was nothing special.

No ones mentioned it yet but i have to say it, the english melodies of life. Annoys the hell out of me..... hate that song.
A good piece does not necessarily have to include variation, just development. OWA certainly has that, with the climaxes and repetitions, let's not forget the different versions of it.

I would say My Sanctuary/Passion. People around me were so hyped for this song while I was the only one who thought Simple and Clean owned.
I also like Simple amd clean but one winged angel was better

I'd have to say melodies of life too, then very closely after that Real Emotion. They're sooo cheesy they annoy the hell out of me.

I'm going to have to say Eyes On Me. Around FFVIII time, everyone was all "WHOA it is so tight." When I heard it, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special to me, either. I actually felt kind of bad about not liking it that much.
