You Have to get the Red Chocobo and Dead Pepper to get here its the island in the top right hand corner of the map its behind the crack in the wall so just use the Red Chocobo with dead pepper to get in, theres nothing to do there but oh well

its called mognet central and there is something to do there, theres a side-quest involving that place you help out all the moogles round the world with the mognet letters

I knew about this when I was playing the game, however I was always more focused on something else and have never even traveled to Mognet Central. I can't believe it. I know for the Mognet letters you have to deliver, I only missed one throughout the game. It was that one at the Iifa Tree where you have to out run the enemies and Laviathon the summon is at the bottom. Yeah, I missed the Moogle at the top in fear for my life. Damn.

you have to get the superslick item from ruby in alexandria i think
then go back to mognet central and give the moogle superslick

Yeah, that sidequest was actually pretty fun to me. I was just disappointed with the actual building itself once we had found it. I thought there would have been more rooms and stuff to see, but I guess not. It was cool to see the shiny, purple Moogle though.
