So I just found out recently, like today, that equipment actually DOES affect your stats. [EDIT: As you level.] I had heard about it, but never really noticed it or anything.
I'm not going to go through the game to max out everyone's stats as best I can, but I would just like to know if anyone has actually used this knowledge to their advantage.
Just to show how good it can be:
My Garnet has 72 Magic at Level 99. I always have her equipped with magic increasing equipment. But it you do it right her magic can hit 91 at level 99. Higher than Eiko's(Max's at 90) and Vivi's(Who actually maxes at 87 or something. oO)

I also would like to know who people find more useful. Garnet or Eiko? I know, some people don't use healers, but just humour me.
I had read a few places that people believe Eiko is more powerful than Garnet. I, myself, have never seen this.
How do these relate? Well, I power level like CRAZY in this game. And I found out that Eiko's stats, more than anyone's, are affected the most if you get her at a high level. I read that she is suppose to have 1 less ability stone, naturally, than Garnet and Vivi. She always has about 10 less than them for me. And her stats are horrible. I read that if you don't get her at a relatively low level her stats will bomb, and she will never live up to her true potential. She is, naturally, suppose to have the same strength as Garnet, supposedly, and slighly less magic. But in my newest play through, at Level 86 she is weaker than Vivi and has lower magic than Quina.
Anyway. How is everyone else's Eiko doing? And how does she compare to other part members?
