I'll leave the size up to you and have a transparent green smoke/wave effect, with some static effects here and there. Position Gex wherever you deem fit and have some green and purple text (green on the inside, purple on the outside) in a wavy effect saying 'It's tail time' again, position as you deem fit

As for the avi, just have a face pic with whatever added from the sig onto it ;D
