This is a band that seems to cause much debate. People either love them or hate them, there's no middle ground.
It seems most people's problem with them (from what I've heard so far) is the slight american feel to their songs; despite the fact they are Welsh and have always said they would never go down that mainstream road.

I for one, love them. Liberation Transmission is one of the best albums I have ever purchased and I would recommend it to anyone.
It would be nice to hear from some people that love them as much as me :D

And who else thinks Last Summer is their best song? It's a big cause of arguements between myself and my friends!
 
I can't say they're my favorite band, but they're up there, I don't care who doesn't like them and why, I like them and that's what matters. My favorite songs would be Last train home, Make a move and Shinobi vs Dragon ninja. Last summer isn't bad too, though, but not my favorite :P

I have a new found respect for you Juneau, all because you like the Lost Prophets :D

I love lost prophets! it just sucks the only album I can get right now is liberation transmission :'(

but still, they have great songs

It's a shame they already have gone down that mainstream road.

Also that opinion is coming from one person, so you can't really speak for the rest.
 
They aren't the best band in the world, but I'll happily listen to them. I think I preferred their first album to Liberation Transmission though, probably because of Last Train Home and Burn Burn.
