Watching the Evening news program.......I was presented with a story of baffling and unnecessary annoyance......the story goes:
The local council is forcing the members of a street to pay for the laying of a new path....
normally this would be the responsibility of the council but they decided to lump the poor folk with a $5000 fucking bill!
And thats only 1 side of the street, the other side dont have t pat sqaut!
Included in the "Bill" is 2 meters of road widening, the whole Project is to lay 120 meters meters of new path that was never requested at a price of $144,000!!
WTF!!
Surprisingly the story did let people know of the local MP's(Member of Parliament) very important trip to the last G20 Meeting costing the Taxpayer(me) $160,000......only to have his report be found to be a Copy&Paste job of his underling and with hos signature. lol
It goes to show my faith in local politics is well founded........
