I think with the general attitude and demeanor she is more like cloud. Lightning is the strong determined one, a survivor. They definatly look alike. they both have the "you really wanna mess with me" look. "i havent had my coffee yet so back the @#$% off"
Im gonna agree with the weapons post above weapons wise more like squall.
Lightning has this kick ass fold in sword/gun, while Cloud wields the empire state building
as a sword.
Although all three of them like to keep to themselves we find out that lightning is not a cold hearted person. We see this mainly with the scenes with Sarah. Her sister was taken from her, she's not in the best mood throughout the game, especially when it seems that the whole world is against them. But im gonna say Cloud.
