Since we have a favorite anime couples thread, here is one for your least favorite. Can be from anime or manga. And please separate canon from non canon.
Canon:
HaruxRin (Fruits Basket): I can not stand this pairing and I don't understand how anyone can. First of all, Rin comes off pathetic. I just want to scream at her "Get your own fucking life!" Seriously, everything she does is for Haru's sake, as if there is nothing more to her life than Haru. The line from Rin that sealed it for me was "I want to be Haru's heart, that way if Haru dies, I will die with him." No it's not cute, it's pretty damn scary actually. I remember in the manga when the author would post special sections about the characters, and one of the only things she could say about Rin was "Haru is her life." Yeah, the couple is kind of sexist.
KeitaroxNaru (Love Hina): Naru is no different than an abusive husband. I actually because physically ill from the amount that she would physically beat Keitaro, regardless if something was his fault or not. I have never found female on male violence to be funny even if it is presented comically. Just switch their genders and see how many people would still be laughing. But Keitaro still had to fall in love with her. Why not go for one of the nicer girls? I was espcially angry when Naru walked in on him changing, beat him up, and said it was just instinct. That woman needs to be checked into a psych ward.
AkitoxShigure (Fruits Basket): This one just never clicked with me. I would think that Akito would have too many mental problems to ever be in a relationship. And I don't know, this one is just weird. I can't get past many of the things that happened in the Fruits Basket plot to ever like this.
Non Canon:
Ed and Al (Full Metal Alchemist): Seriously, THEY ARE BROTHERS!!! Why do people like this so much?
