KOTR - Knights of the Round

AWeeeeeee I'm so happy to see my club members chit chatting together. ^_^

Well back to what Vegnya was saying...
I don't see any particular need to have more than one universe.
When I say totally seperate ORPGs I mean...in all probability there will only be a limited number of sign up allotments available per ORPG.

For example:
KOTR ORPG #1 may be in the beginners RP section of the forums, and only 8 people may be allowed to participate.

KOTR ORPG #2 may be in the advanced RP section of the forums, and only 5 people may be allowed to participate.

However...each ORPG will begin on a different section of the map (which will be provided later on.)

I want to avoid overcrowding the ORPGs so that each member can participate on a frequent basis, instead of waiting and waiting for their turn.

so if they start in two diffrent section o the map do they meet up at some point?
 
Good Rhea, I shall prepare my new RP Profile as soon as I can. I need some time to work on the descriptions, weapons, etc. The Map should be provided soon, so I guess that the only thing I can do is wait. If by any reason you need any help that I may provide, either send me a PM or contact me on MSN ^_^

Also, starting RP Profiles shouldn't have too many skills....you know, like about two or three should be enough. They can either have some FF based spells or original ones. Also we could have a RP Spell Shop in which RP Characters could get their new spells. New Spells may be given to players whose RP Skill and great RP posts are among the best:cool:
 
yeah 2 or 3 skills should be enough

Right. An RP spell shop seems like a nice idea.
You could be approved to purchase new spells after you win an RPB or something. ^_^

There's no problem with having FF related spells like lightning or fire...but...keep the references to a minimum. You can't have a move called "fated circle". LOL.

so you get a money system from winning battles or finding it or something?
maybe you could get weapon shops as well ^_^

I may be able to work out a gil reward system. Maybies. ^_^
 
yeah that could be a good idea
and if member are spamming or not obeying the rules you could take gil away from them ^_^
well im thinking about my character now so ill get it to you tomorrow ^_^

Yeah, makes sense. Didn't quite understand it earlier. -_-;; Considering that, will this be a first-come-first-serve basis?
 
Not necissarily.
Say you open up your very own ORPG sign up thread...only YOU can approve members to be a part of your ORPG. It's totally dependent on what the ORPG creator wants.

And on the other hand...back to the topic of multiple ORPGs...
Someone asked if the characters can run into characters in other ORPGs...
Like I said before...one ORPG may take place in the beginners section, and another ORPG may take place in the advanced section of the forums...in which case, there is no possible way for THOSE two ORPGs to be linked.
 
ah so they are totally different?
lol i thought there were two groups that 'could' meet up * silly me
 
Well maybe if there are two KOTR ORPGs going on in the advanced RP section at the same time...then one of the characters from ORPG #1 may decided to leave, and join up with the characters in ORPG #2.

Or perhaps the two ORPGs could combine when they reach the same destination...I don't honestly know yet. :)


BTW Savior, I'm sorry but I'm not considering any alliances right now. =x
 
that could be a possibility
or maybe 1 team is evil or has rivals in the other team which would affect the storyline
but isnt it going to be in two seprate threads?
so i wonder how we are going to meet up
