Is there an actual music track to this?

So of course I've seen this scene a dozen times, but for some reason tonight I just noticed how nice the violin part towards the end is, and that got me to wondering: is there an actual music track for this scene? I don't recall it being in the OST, but there are a lot of tracks there, so maybe I just missed it?

Anyway, what I'm talking about is the Lightning and Snow scene:

I tried listening to it with my PC's karaoke mode turned on, but it minimizes some of the best parts of the music and doesn't completely take out Snow's voice, so a real track would be better. So far Google has been of little help

Nope. Not this one. The 'promise' melody is present, but only for like 5 seconds at the end. The rest is the FFXIII prelude melody.
LukeLC, what you are actually looking for is a segment from the ending credits OST:

from 1:00 to about 2:45

I was listening to it earlier. what a coincidence lol.
