I have quesstion - Can i play FFXI for free? Or there is only few consoles i can play it for free?? Please answer

Nope, it costs money per month no mater what console you use. Think it's 12 dollars for most but when I played I only had to pay 7 dollars. Think I had a special key.

I think I heard something about a free trial available for North America, but I'm not sure about how long it is for and whether it is still available or not. But yeah besides that, you have to pay a monthly fee.

All I know, is you get a 30 day free trial when you first sign up, and now there is this 2 week free trial thingy that's not long since been out. Not sure if thats the sae for all platforms, all I did was try it for half an hour on the PC decided I hated it and havent looked at it since

It lasts for two weeks and you can only get it from file planet.

Can I make an FFXI Character*using the link you just posted* and play with it...what if I liked the game and I wanted to keep my character? What will happen?

You'd have to buy the game. And yes you're alowed three chars with the trial. Though I suggest just sticking to one since the game does alow you to change jobs.
