The neighbours behind us just misfired a firework and could've blown up any house within the vicinity. There's smoke everywhere in the back and I could feel that explosion in the ground.

I'm sure they didn't mean to do it and at least nothing serious happened. If something bad did happen, you could sue them

I like fireworks just as much as anyone, but I hate it when people try firing them from home Especially in crowded neighborhoods and when people have been drinking due to the holidays. There's a place one street over from mine where they use any excuse they can to send off fireworks, and on top of being dangerous, it scares my cats

One time I was in my condo balcony looking out at some fireworks, and some floors above a fire work thingy went off, and fell, like, 5 inches away from where my head poking out
