iPod, iPhone, iPad. They come up with some interesting apps these days.

So do you normally use the apps, whether for entertaining or school-related purposes? Share your apps with everyone and even if you have pages after pages of apps in your device, at least tell us about the interesting ones you've got.

I've only had my iPod for a little over a month now. I've downloaded 3 pages of apps, mostly game apps - for free. No matter how interesting some 'paid' apps are, I'm not paying for it.

Pocket Frogs - Recently released. I'm so addicted to it. :wacky: It's a very simple game, and yeah you'll be tapping on your screen like there's no tomorrow, but breeding a bunch of horny frogs really entertains me.

Blue Block - I'm a sucker for puzzle games, though I like to play this because of the calming music, mainly. Haven't touched it in a few weeks now though.

Song Summoner - Just downloaded it a few days ago. A tactical game by Square-Enix. It's interesting so far, but Pocket Frogs has my attention at the moment.

FF Lite - Heh, to make it short: don't piss me off or I'll take one of your picture and paste it on this game app, then e-beat the living shit outta you! ...No I'm not that horrible. =] Though it did irk me when I saw my brother laughing while tapping on my iPod screen, only to find that he's pasted my picture on there and my face was all bruised up.

iMobsters / Ninjas / Pets Live / World War / Kingdoms / Racing - Games by Storm 8. Yeah um, I'm a sucker for those kind of games. >.>

I've got some more, but I don't play them enough so it's not worthy of mention. I know some apps make you look like you have no life whatsoever, but as long as I'm not playing it for hours then I like to think I still have my sanity in-tact. They're great when you have nothing to do and want to spend a few minutes of your time just secretly enjoying yourself with whatever apps you may have.

I just downloaded Pocket Frogs last night after reading this thread, and man, I don't think I've ever wasted so much time doing so little :wacky: I have an Ipad and though I probably haven't taken as much advantage of the apps as I probably should have, there's still a couple that I really enjoy. Here goes:

Epic Citadel
This is a tech demo showing the Unreal 3 engine running on the IOS and it is absolutely beautiful. All you can do with it at the moment is explore a large medieval castle, but that's impressive enough really. Out of all the apps I have downloaded, this one definitely has the most wow factor.

DC Comics
This comic book reader allows you to buy DC comics for your IOS device and also lets you download select titles for free. I don't know how well this works on the Ipod or Iphone, but the Ipad is excellent for it.
