Any Immi fans on FFF?

I heard one of her songs ("Goodnight And Go") in an AMV a long time ago and I thought it was really catchy, despite the fact it wasn't something I would openly admit to liking. xD

The AMV was taken down due to "copyright imfringement" so I went a long time without knowing the name of the song until I put some of the lyrics that I could remember into a song search engine. "Goodnight And Go" was the first hit I got and I was pretty happy to finally find the song I'd been wanting to listen to for so long.

I just aquired Speak For Yourself and so far It's great listening, "Headlock" and "Hide And Seek" are fantastic songs. She's really one of those artists that makes you appreciate music with her style and she is very talented. She plays basically all the music herself when she dows live shows, though I have seen a cello player support her for "Headlock" on YouTube.

Anyway, I'm rambling now.

I absolutely adore the song Hide and Seek, her style is so simple yet really powerful, and I think she has a fantastic voice. Unfortunately I haven't heard much of her other stuff, Speak for Yourself is one of the albums that I keep meaning to buy but always forget when I go out. ><

I've heard some of her stuff from Frou Frou aswell, but not an awful lot (although they only made one album anyway). I did rather like their version of Holding out for a Hero though, which was in the credits of Shrek 2.

Well, I heard her song "Headlock" it was actually reallllly good so I decided to buy the CD. The only song I do not like is Hide and Seek. >___<;; Other than that I can listen to the CD full through. It's nice and clean. Like...a relaxing mood. I love to listen to it on calm days or nights.

Anyone heard her version of "Halleluja"? She only does two verses but it's still fantastic and she really does put her own unique twist on it.

I'd been a fan (sorta) of the band Frou Frou for a while, which she did the vocals for - i don't think that sentence made sense at all xD But ... Frou Frou which was her and some other dude disbanded so ... yeah.

And then my friend had "hide & Seek" as her myspace profile song and I sorta recognised her voice and did a little research ^^

And I agree, she really makes you appreciate the music. She has such a beautiful voice.

I'm in love with Hide and Seek and Hallelujah!

They're so sad and her voice is so unique.

It's so strong and really hits you hard when listening to it. I get so emotional when listening to her.

Both Hide and Seek and Hallelujah were in The O.C.

Hide and Seek was played when Marissa shot Trey, and then Hallelujah was played when Marissa died. It reminds me of her a lot. >.<
