Immigration

Yep, we should all feel quite proud of ourselves really.
I do want to change the world, I really do, and that is why I wish to become a Doctor. I may not be able to change the entire world, but hopefully i will be able to change some ones world. Like a mother is the world to her child

Exactly, even though we might not completly change the world we can do our part and contribute to a better future. In the end, is better than doing nothing for the sake of our society.

If we do our part we are all helping everyone and most of all ourselves to change. Our actions are the ones who will immortalize our thoughts throughout the ages, even after the end of our civilization and the birth of a new greater one.

That will makes us part of history whether if the mention people like us or not, the people who remember us will know and will feel proud of our actions.

About 5 years ago, I got a crash course on Immigration in the US. One thing I learned is that getting a green card can be very expensive. From what I have learned, it takes about 5 years to even be considered or marry a citizen. So usually it starts with Visas and trying to get a sponser. I was born a citizen. But I got involved with helping some friends from China.

The US immigration laws are pretty tough and expensive. That is why a lot of people try to immigrate illegally. But usually the illegal route is unsafe and can lead to slavery.

You have to remember that everyone of us here are products of immigration.

The first Australian Immigrants were criminals for cryin out loud lol. But over time the country learnt to start understanding cultures and the native aborigines. It takes a bit of time for some people to appreciate immigration.
