Im stuck for levels

What game is this for? I moved it from FFXIII but Im pretty sure it's not for that game
If it's FFVIII you mean, then try the islands closest to Heaven/hell, get Quistis with initiative and HP in yellow and use her degenerator limit on the monsters. If you dont already have it, then you need the item black hole to give to her

The best island to train on would be the one on the left hand side of the map, ithas like a pointy bit on it...Il see if I can find a map, describing where it is is kinda hard
The monsters on these islands are ALL level 100 though, regardless of your own levels, so the Degenerator trick will come in really handy, at least until you get a couple of your characters up. With her in the party it will take next to no time to get your characters to max level
They are the circled (and blown up) islands on the map. Beware the one on the right hand side though, it has Marlboros on it and unless you have initiative, or get lucky with Odin, chances are you WILL die, so unless you need marlboro tentacles, that island is best avoided

You'd be better off using Diablos' encounter none, and just drawing magic from both Islands. As you know, the junction system in FFVIII determins strength and not levels.
So just draw all the very strong magic on the islands and then junction it. It'll be better and faster than leveling up.
