i am stuck no idea what to do i've been to all 3 places and dont have any weapons or armor or anything need help

Hopefully you haven't spent all your Gil on potions. You can buy a Knife and some armour in Midgar once you have enough Gil, so try navigating these places before you start making threads about not knowing what to do or where to go.
They'll make the fights much easier, equipping these two items. If you only have enough for one item, buy the Knife. At least then you can kill the monsters easier. Thus, gain the Gil you need.
