Make serveral spinoffs of the film,based around each of the characters,or groups of characterswith the leading upto, during,and after the ff7AC film, with the points of view of each character, reckon it'd be a good idea?
 
Nah I don't think so. For one that would be milking FFVII WAAAAAAAAY too much for what it's worth, plus leave a lot of people confused. For two there are official novels you can read for after the game. There's Aerith, Tifa, Denzel and now a new one for Barret that leads up to the events from after Aerith's death to the events before AC and after Meteorfall. Also, you can read the Reunion Files. It's a book you can purchase that explains a lot of stuff.
 
God, I hope they don't. lol I doubt they would but... even so... I would be really pissed off. Honestly I think they've whored FFVII enough. I still want that damn remake... but that's all I've ever wanted. I don't care about Crisis Core or Dirge or any of that junk. If they remake, I can die happy. lol I don't want all this other bullshit. No one ever asked for it...ever... so why do we have it?

seriously if they did this it would be totally pathetic - you'd have 7 near identical films and they'd lose more money than they made - because no matter how big a fanboy you are you can only see the bahamut fight from one persons perspective so many times :dry:
 
How about ultimately "mutilating" a dead corpse? After they complete CC, they should just stop.

I don't know if it was intended but that just gave bad images in my head. :|

Anyway, it would be milking it too much. They would probably confuse a lot of people. I wish they would stop the whole FFVII compilation as it is ruining a great game.

I wish people would stop saying that. It's not ruining FFVII itself if you liked/loved FFVII. FFVII itself is still a great game, and just cause it's being milked for all that it's worth, doesn't change the actual game you played.

In any case, even though I am a huge FFVII whore myself, I wouldn't keep buying movies based on all of the characters. For one, as someone already said, up to a certain point, it wouldn't be much different from one person to another anyway. Plus I just don't care enough about the tedious and unremarkable things the characters were doing in between events. I already find those 'novellas' they've put out annoying to a certain extent. Particularly Aeris/th's more than the others. I didn't even bother to read Denzel's and most likely won't read Barret's.

That being said, I am still shallow to a certain extent (like everyone), and I would probably read/watch/play anything released concerning Vincent. %D

Staying on topic... I'd kill myself. A spinoff on the movie? Ahrg.. I'd rather piss a rusty knife out of my... Well... Y'know.
 
If they were to make a spinoff then I'd think people would start to get annoyed by how much money Square Enix is trying to get from FFVII. If they make spinoffs then FFVII's fame and glory will eventually go away....
Then I'd get really pissed.:mad:
