All the numerous antagonists in Final Fantasy have had some aim or another.
Which ambition would you liked to have seen come to fruition?
(c wat1 did thar)
Some interesting outcomes to ponder over considering the multitude of bad guys.

Most of the schemes involve killing everything...Zeromus, Neo Ex-death, Kefka, Kuja (his second plan)
Ultimecia too in a way.

I however find the prospect of Garland iN FF1 knocking everyone down the most intriguing.

ambition and fruition is more of a half rhyme.

vayne's actually, he doesnt kill everybody, and what he wants isnt a bad thing imo

For once I would have to agree with you. Vayne's plans were actually fairly noble, but Ashe had to be a selfish bitch and ruin them. "Hai guise, we've got a capable leader expanding his empire so that he can give destiny to man, rather than let some androgynous gods govern man's fate. NETHICITE NETHICITE I WANT MAI KINGDOM BACK NETHICITE NETHICITE NETHICITE!"

K, yeah. So Vayne's plan involved occupying other kingdoms and fighting a war. He knew sacrifices had to be made to take man's destiny away from the Occuria. I wanted to play for the Archadean Empire in XII, so yeah, I'm gonna have to go with Vayne's plans on this one.

Kefka's actually did come to fruitation... so things would have just continued to have been the same when the world of ruin started up in VI.

I think most of the other characters just wanted to destroy humanity, so the after effect is kind of boring...

Though I do not know much about XII since I never finished it.

You don't fool anyone with yer lies. :(
(but yeah I knoe it was)

@ Android 18: Kefka wanted to kill everything. He never succeeded in that.

I guess Il jump on the bandwagon and say Vayne aswel, he's the only oone that didn't want to wipe everybody out :monster:

I'll agree with Vayne as well because as I was playing it I thought, "And we're fighting this guy why?" Plus in all of the other Final Fantasys I've played, the other villians want to wipe out the world or something, and Vayne's plan didn't involve that.

And perhaps Seymour, what he wanted was noble as well, but the way he wanted to achieve his aims is the thing that lets him down

Garland. No really, I loved him, and his whole time loop thing :D

I also liked Emperor Palamecia, with his plan to conquer the world with demonic forces...

Kefka actually succeeded in his plans.

He wanted to became god which he became and he totally owns the world and what he wants. He didn´t want to kill everyone, he just enjoys killing people. In WoB you constantly run into Kefka but in WoR you don´t see him at all except in the end. Why? Well he had achieved what he wanted so there was no need for him to leave his tower. His god-powers just werent strong enough against Returners.

And you are right about Vayne, he wasn´t so bad dude.

If most villains succeeded things would be boring. What would Exdeath do when everyone is in Void and Sephiroth floats in void with Jenova.

shinra leader

i would want to know what the world would look like if they dominated but would not want it to happen
