here waht i came up with... it did not come out as it was suppose to. the reason the test isn't the same is cause the text in the tut was way too plain so i experimented...

Well, the tut is suppose to be bright, things are suppose to... shimmer...

there it is in all its glory, look at it then look at mine. Oh and the text isn't the same as the tut's..... it was to simple.

to say the trueth i like the Tira sig it's very good.
but the Yuffie sig didn't get very well.

I think it's belnded too much, I didnt read the tut, but try duplicating the text layer and adding it on top of everything or in a place where it looks good. Ill try it and see the problem, nice tutorial

Oh wow, I actually followed this tutorial ages ago. Your Yuffie one didn't turn out very well as TB said. The images are extremely hidden by the background and makes it look messy. I would bring the images out more. Also, don't make the text too big, just resize that to make it much smaller then it wouldn't be so bad.
I definately like the second one. The only two negatives is that the border is too thick [It's too dominating, make it 1 pixel] and the text needs to be smaller. Other than that, brilliant job following the tut, it looks great. =D
