Huh-Huh-HELP!!! (Assassin Tunnels)

I'm a level 14 aspiring to be an Assassin and I really need an Assassin to help me through the Famine Tunnels so that I don't look like someone threw me in a blender.
Requirements:
Must have high enough Alchemy to fuse Healing Waters and Healing Herb or High Potion.
Must know Cure (preferably higher than level 2 Cure).
Must have weapons that can deal more than 40 damage per hit (preferably Dual Wield-able).
Must have more than 30 speed.
Should have more than 20 Dexterity.
Evasion is appreciated if it's higher than 40.

I will pay people that help me 3000 Gil each. Thank you!

I'll help, I fit all the criterials but one, I don't do potions I buy them.

I am a high level and my stats easily suit all of your requirements.

Can you even join his party? I thought there was a range of 10 levels.

Its annoying thing that, I thought it was 15 levels not 10.
