In the Licence Board there are some slots with HP +..., If we buy those slots will HP level at a Higher rate?
If you purchase those licenses, your maximum HP will grow by the amount shown on the license. Your HP also goes up slightly as your levels do too
Yea, if you're working on the liscense board, the wisdom is to go down and to the left first on that upper level. They're all augments. Trust me, they help. Everything thing there is really good to get. And another key is to get quickenings... even though they suck with 2 your MP is doubled and with 3 it's tripled... and that REALLY helps. It makes the difference.
