How to properly post a youtube video

I tried a few time to post a youtube video but I alway get a white screen instead of the video.

I press the youtube button and then put the url of the video in between the two [] (youtube tags) but it doesn't work...Could someone please help me?

cut everything before the first 0 on that and stick it in between the coding.
