How many times a day...

I was just wondering how many times a day you all brush your teeth? A few members seem to be on here all the time, so I doubt they get any teeth brushing into their busy schedule.

I personally brush twice, once in the morning when I wake, and again before I go to bed. Like people are supposed to!

Usually three times a day, and I try not to go over that because I heard it could be a bad thing. I feel icky when I don't brush my teeth right after I eat. Heh, it's almost 7 p.m and I've already brushed my teeth twice today. And of course, we can't forget brushing our teeth before bedtime now, right? It's a must!

You must have some pearly whites... And yes, brushing your teeth more than twice daily does damage them...

Hmmm...probably try to do it after each time I eat something meal-wise. I hate having that feeling of having junk in my teeth or just having the unclean feeling of them.

No, not really. I don't really eat much in the morning, (Just cherrios) and I use a lotta mouth wash and floss at night.

Sometimes I use Brush-ups during lunch, but they suck.
