I chose the Pugilist / Monk on FFXIV, although in all honesty, I haven't been on much as of late either. What server are you playing on? I think most of our forum is on Lamia at this moment.
I think every forum will undergo traffic slow downs, it's a shame the forum you had as a community had to shut down. It's something that crosses your mind sometimes when activity is low, but it's a scary though to have a place you love to visit just disappear, sadly that all happens on the internet... I hope this forum is something you can call your second home. Even though we have our ups and downs with activity as well, the members are friendly, and our staff team is constantly looking to improve things for the site. If you have anything you'd like to see, do not hesitate to suggest it!

I'm behind, too. I've had the game for a while now, but I was focusing a lot on the side-jobs, like Leatherworker and Goldsmithing... A small group of us divided the jobs so we could help each other, but after a while there was too much focus on that, plus real life catching up, so I stopped for a while. That being said, I'm behind on story as well. Perhaps I'm finally catching up a bit to my own level on the actual storyline, but everything I've done so far was under my level. xD
Who knows, you may like it enough here, and if they miss a place to go to, they're more than welcome here. We need the members, last thing I want for this place is for it to shut down.
