i cant view the shoutbox

You might have been banned from it. Does it say " you have been banned from the shoutbox in it?

if you can't see it completely, click the little button on the right side of the shoutbox title bar to see if it's minimized. Looks like this

If that doesn't work, looks like your banned from it

Well, then your stuck with no shoutbox. You have to wait until it's decided that you have earned the right to use it again. That will take a little while or a long time, based on how you act. ( ie, bee a good member or be a pain in the ass)

uhhh she was probably banned. Word around the forums is you spam alot so I am not suprised.
