I say that we have an alliance and that we say we're sister/brother clans (don't care which) but it just doesn't change anything... so I guess choice 2.

Choice 1: HoL align with SeeD on the conditions that none of the members belongs to any other Clan. (you too FFguy) HoL and Seed rules would have to be that in order to form an alliance. We could help each other train but the same rules would apply for clan wars.
Choice 2: And more likely, keep it like it is. With an understanding like we have now. Which is none.
